SportiAR Technologies Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") operates the SportiAR mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding information collected through the App.

1. Information We Collect

• Camera and AR Data: The App uses Apple's ARKit and RealityKit frameworks to provide real-time augmented reality guidance. This requires access to your device's camera. Camera images and AR data (such as depth information or world-tracking data) are processed entirely on-device and are not captured, stored, transmitted, or shared by us or any third party. No photos, videos, or AR session data leave your device.
• Usage Data: We may collect anonymized analytics about how you interact with the App (e.g., session duration, features used) to improve performance and user experience. This data does not identify you personally.
• Device Information: Basic device details (e.g., OS version, device model) for compatibility and troubleshooting.
• No Personal Information: We do not require account creation, email, name, location, or any personally identifiable information.

2. Permissions

Camera Access: The App requests camera permission solely for AR functionality. OS prompts you for consent the first time. You can revoke access anytime in Settings > Privacy & Security > Camera.

No other permissions (e.g., location, photos, microphone) are requested or used.

3. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not share any data with third parties. AR processing is handled exclusively by Apple's on-device frameworks.

If we integrate third-party analytics in future updates, we will update this policy and obtain consent where required.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Since no personal or session data is stored by us, there is nothing to delete. On-device AR data is ephemeral and discarded when you close the App.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. Significant changes will be notified via the App or website. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
