Terms of Use

By downloading, installing, or using the SportiAR App (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your device for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and Apple's App Store rules.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Copy, distribute, sell, or sublicense the App.
• Use the App for illegal purposes or to infringe intellectual property rights.
• Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices.

3. Ownership

The App and all intellectual property rights remain our property. You own no rights beyond the limited license granted.

4. App Updates and Changes

We may update, modify, or discontinue the App at any time without notice.

5. No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Termination

We may terminate your license if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease using the App.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.

9. Third-Party Beneficiary

Apple Inc. and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries and may enforce these Terms against you.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
